Refund and Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling
We understand that life happens and plans can change. Your first two reschedules are free when requested more than 24 hours before your scheduled wedding time. A third or later reschedule requested more than 24 hours before the ceremony will incur a $50 flat fee.

Additional fees apply for short-notice reschedule requests:

  • Any reschedule requested between 24 hours and 2 hours before the ceremony will incur an additional $75 fee.

  • Any reschedule requested within 2 hours of the ceremony, but before it begins, will incur an additional $100 fee, plus the cost of any witnesses or live interpreters booked with your ceremony.

  • No reschedule is allowed once the ceremony has started at the scheduled time.

Cancellations After a Reschedule
If a ceremony is rescheduled and later canceled, the cancellation fee will be based on the higher fee that would apply when comparing the original ceremony date and the rescheduled ceremony date.

This means a customer cannot avoid a cancellation fee by first rescheduling a ceremony and then canceling the new date. If either the original ceremony timing or the rescheduled ceremony timing would trigger a cancellation fee, the higher applicable cancellation fee will apply.

Refunds and Processing Fees
All refunds incur a non-refundable $39 payment-processing fee. Additional fees will apply depending on when the ceremony is canceled and the refund is requested.

Refund Request at Least 24 Hours Before the Ceremony
Your refund will be the purchase amount less the $39 processing fee.

Refund Request Within 24 Hours of the Ceremony
The refund fee will be 50% of the full purchase amount plus the $39 processing fee.

No Refund Situations
No refund will be issued for a completed ceremony, after the wedding date has passed, or once the officiant has conducted the ceremony.

A completed ceremony occurs under the following conditions:

  • You do not show up for the wedding ceremony at the appointed time.

  • You did not reschedule the ceremony before the start of the ceremony.

  • You are on the call and the officiant performs the ceremony.

  • You decide not to move forward with the ceremony while on the call.

Duplicate Purchases
The refund fee will be a $39 processing fee for each duplicate purchase.
